Fill out the New Client Paperwork and you can either fax it to us at (513)728-3402, or you can mail the originals to our address at Life Compass IDS 7225 Colerain Ave, Suite 6, Cincinnati, OH 45239 .

There are three ways to do this:

1) If you've had your report pulled recently by a mortgage professional or car dealership, call them up and give them permission to fax a copy of your credit report to (513)728-3402. Be sure to ask them for their IDS Promo Code. If they don't have one, tell them to call us at (513)795-0939; or

2) If you have not had your report pulled recently, then you can pull it yourself on-line without causing a hard inquiry to your credit report. We send our clients to Click Here; or

3) We will gladly pull your credit report for free. If you had your report already pulled by a mortgage professional or car dealership, please forward it to us so that your credit does not get another pull and lowers your score slightly.
